Hey everyone!
I suppose I’ll start with yet another ‘thank you’! I’ve reached 100,000 twitter followers, 100,000 youtube subscribers, and 1,000,000 views on my ‘Home Sweet Home’ video. I am truly thankful for your support and kindness.
Thanks also for voting in the Teen Choice Awards! I was a little bummed to discover that it was the producers who ultimately made the decision – and not the fans – but it was still an honor to be nominated. And a big congrats to all those who took home a surfboard! It was really cool that the iCarly’s gave one to Ellen DeGeneres.
We’re getting ready to wrap our enormously long 2nd season of iCarly. We’ve been shooting this season for a year and a half straight, trying to bring you guys lots of laughs, and this is our first real hiatus… but don’t worry, we have plenty of new episodes coming, and we’ll be back.
I recently toured the Capitol Records building in LA, where the great John Mayer was recording! I got to touch Nat King Cole’s piano! It was unreal! All of the pictures in the hall were inspiring.
During my hiatus, I’m planning on making several trips to Nashville I’ll be writing, recording, photoshoot-ing, and all that. I’m also going to be working on a movie – should be fun!

First of all congrats on your 100k+ followers/subscribers achievement hehe and it doesn’t really matter did the fans made the ultimate decisions to the awards because at least you know the fans are there for you. I have to say that I’m really disappointed that the fans’ votes aren’t the final say in the Teen Choice Awards. It doesn’t really seem fair that the producers make that final decision. Do you at least have any idea who received the most votes? I bet they don’t reveal that nugget of info, either, huh? Well, you are fantastic with or without an award. You do a great job.
I’m glad you are venturing out with your career, and taking a stab at country music. Good for you. I’m a huge country music fan, and an artist myself. I sang in “Selah” for a while. I’d love to send you a song for you to listen to, but not sure how to get it from my CD to you. I’m not technical savvy, so I can’t figure out how to do it. Maybe I could snail mail my CD to you.
When do you anticipate your CD being complete? I remember the long days in the studio. It’s not as glamorous as some may think. I remember being so tired at 2am trying to mix, etc., after being there all day long. And having to sing the same song over and over. But, overall, it was fun, and I know you will enjoy yourself. I will be anxious to hear the final product.

What’s in it for you?
Um… Getting to see the beautiful country Canada is? Getting to avoid the hassle of a “green card” to go to Canada? The fun and joy of getting to be in the floundering and little-seen Canadian cinema? (Seriously, like, no body except the huge film nerds watch Canadian movies. It makes me cry).
I was watching an episode of “iCarly” (where Sam & Freddy kiss) and I was thinking to myself, “I really don’t like the show” (no offence), “but that girl who plays Sam is great and could be better without the Nickelodeon censors.” (Again, no offence).
I have this script I’m writing about a teenage boy with super powers who doesn’t want to be a super hero. Kinda like Superman & Spider-Man’s love child but without the duty for justice or uncle Ben’s words of wisdom. I like describing it as The Shawshank Redemption meets Stand By Me meets Spider-Man 2.
I’d like to talk more about this with you. As of now, I’m just writing the script. I can send you an incomplete script and tell you much, much more about it if you e-mail me.
I’d appreciate if this wasn’t published, because I don’t want someone venturing by your site & going, “that’s a really good idea,” and taking it.

To be honest, I only thought you played acoustic guitar, but it turns out you play electric too! On Tuesday(August 18th, which was also my mom’s birthday)I got my third guitar!!! It’s electric, and so is the one I got for Christmas. The first guitar I’ve ever had was an acoustic, and having not played it in half a year or so because of the electric guitar has really softened up my fingers.

Hi! I am the mother of probably your youngest fan! My son Josh is two and a half and will watch hours upon hours of iCarly. When asked who’s his favorite character he ALWAYS says,” Sam”. He even includes all of the characters in his nighttime prayers! He is a miracle baby that was born with a rare birth defect and is my pride and joy. First off, congrats on being signed to Nashville! WOOHOO! I have to admit, I was hesitant to listen to your songs, seeing as though everybody and their grandma is an actor and musician now adays.
