Hey, howdy, hey!
Last time I wrote to you guys, I had been in Nashville for over 5 weeks. I went to LA for five or so days and then went right back to Nashville! During that second trip, I wrote songs with some of my favorite songwriters sang demos, and had tons of meetings. I also went to the Keith Urban and Friends All in the Hall Concert. Every single performer was awesome – such a joy to watch. Then, to be able to talk to these talented people and realize that they’re so kind is even more cool.
I saw the slime commercial on Nickelodeon yesterday! I think it came out awesomely! I forgot how smothered I got… and I loved it. Ahh.. The gooey slime makes for a good time. That rhyme was unintentional but came across as slightly witty so I decided to keep it. ha. Anyways, it was an amazing experience – and I say that with all honesty. I had wanted to be slimed since I was 5, watching Nick with my brothers! Now to be on that very network – getting slimed – is just… trippy. Maybe surreal’s a better word… yeah, surreal.
Well, I’m heading to bed now cuz I’ve gotta get up in just a few hours to catch a flight to Vancouver, Canada! I cannot wait! I’ve wanted to visit Canada for quite some time now! I’m working on a project I’m very excited about! Hey – I hear from my awesome Canadian fans often, so I thought I’d ask ya: what should I do while I’m there? What are your favorite places? Restaurants? Ice rinks? I’ve got my skates packed!

You must seriously find a skating rink and skate for us again if you want to. Next to seeing you sing on YouTube, watching you skate is one of the most awesome mebejennette videos I like. I am sad that you’re not coming to Ontario anytime soon, but I hope when you do I will be prepared and to be ready to meet you! Have I mentioned Dave from Lady A. was in Toronto, Keith Urban was in London Ontario and I failed to meet either one?! It got me thinking, what if you show up in Ontario one day and I find out too late or am not going to get a chance to meet you. Seriously, if I don’t get to see you in person when you tour it’ll actually be heartbreaking for me!

So I just saw your video with Darius Rucker doing Jamey Johnson’s “In Color” and you kind of just blew my mind. To be honest, at times it bothers me when actors try to become singers but I actually had chills when you sang that. You did such an amazing job and have an amazing voice. Hey, i luv Nashville, but you have not lived until you have tried the volcano at the Rainforest Cafe in Opry Mills, and visit the Grand Ole Opry. I went a few years ago- havent had the money since- and i saw the country hall of fame and went to the Nashville zoo and walked around some. Opry Mills reminds me of Discover Mills down here in Gerogia. You should come visit sometime! BTW, don’t forget to try that Volcano!

I really don’t know what good restaurants or places there in Canada. But I hear that at the end of every sentence they say “Ay”. I know you asked for your Canadian friends, but first off, this seems kind of like a lonely comment-less blog so I’ll be first. Secondly, I’m bored as all get out because I have been sick for the school’s 3 day weekend and now that I’m supposed to be back I’m still sick. Anyway, I was looking at Medium episodes today, and I came across the one entitled Coded. It wasn’t until you shot the guy that I realized that it was you! I looked it up just to make sure, so now I’m feeling pretty smart. Anyway, I’m out here in Missouri, all my friends are in school, and I’m in this bed that I’ve become all too familiar with in the past few days. I just heard you singing for the first time in that video, and I think it is beautiful. I see waaaaaaaay too many stars being glorified for their singing talents when in reality they are singing whinily through their noses. I liked your singing because first of all it was real. I mean, it was in a bathroom! None of that technology to make you sound on pitch and stuff like that. BTW, I was reading iCarly fan fiction on the internet over the weekend (told you I was bored… I didn’t even KNOW there was iCarly fan fiction before) and I wanted to ask you if you knew about the phenomenon known as Seddie. It’s kind of easy to figure out. There is one really good one named iRemember by ColorsOfTheSky101. You should check it out. If you hate it, that’s okay. As long as you form an opinion.

I hope you enjoy your trip. If your there, which I haven’t been you should try to take the Whistler Mountaineer train trip. It is a day trip and I have heard it is very fun. Hey I can’t believe that I’m the first one to comment. I know that sounds stupid but there are usually tons of comments. I Hope you have fun in Canada the closest I’ve been to there is a little Island in Ohio its called Kelley’s Island its sort of a family place my Grandpa used to fly a plain there and back everyday. The island is so small that the graduating class in usually one! But there school is bigger than mine. Its alot of fun up there but its best in the summer, if you go up in the spring or winter its freezing! The best place on the Island is the vineyard/winery its so pretty! I can’t wait to go back. But anyway Kelleys Island is in Lake Erie and you can see Middle Island from it. Middle Island is in Canada.
Jennette it’s awesome to here all the awesome things u r doing. I think the slime commercial is AWESOME too! I think getting slimed would be cool. Okay, I’m gonna come right off the bat here with my idea of what you could do while you’re in Canada. I think you should try out curling. It’s a really awesome sport that you play with a “rock” and a “broom” (although, only a few people use actual brooms anymore). You put a slider on one of your feet and slide down the ice and try to slide the rock to a target at the other side of the ice (It’s more difficult than it sounds).
It’s huge there, not so much in the US though for some reason (But it’s fairly big in Minnesota, where I am).
Chances are that you’ve left Canada by now, but I thought I’d pitch my idea anyway
Besides, I’m sure you can find a curling arena here in the US too, if you still want to try it.

I’ve seen your performance in iCarly, i am from Mexico and well we don’t get too much about all the TV programs in national TV, but thanks to Sky i have seen a lot lately.
I am a young writer (24 is not so young but well i like to keep my inner child happy), well im working in my second book (three stories already but none published).
In a very deep way i can say that you inspired me when i needed the most to continue this one, and when i finish it and i translate it to english (because i dont know if you speak or read spanish) you will recieve a copy, and i will give you some dedication.
Your Homeless Heart Single is great, is so hard to find in Mexico, maybe itunes will be the best resort.
You have a lot of emails i guess, and millions of fans, maybe is not a great comment, but at 1 12 am is the best i can do right now (yeah writing the book some lyrics and posting, this is a good hour when you work in a company someday maybe writing to Nick, Disney or maybe a script for a movie will be an option).
Your So Close single is great too, when i start wrting i hear both songs, and beleive me, you returned to me my love for country music, when i was young i used to listen and sing Kenny Rogers, and i am doing it again.

So I’m just going to jump right in with my idea of what you could do in Canada. I think you should try curling. It’s a really awesome sport on ice that you play with a ‘rock’ and a ‘broom’, and the goal is to slide the rock to the target on the other side of the ice (there’s a lot more involved than what’s in my simplistic description). For some reason it hasn’t really caught on in the US (although it’s fairly big in Minnesota, where I am), but it’s huge in Canada.
Chances are that you’ve already left Canada though, but I thought I’d pitch my idea anyway.
Besides, you can always just find a curling rink here in the US if you still want to try it.
btw, I think you have a great voice, stick with it

I’m a mother of two sons (11 and 6) and I can barely roll there nappy heads out of bed in time for the tardy bell!! Is it a girl thing to be so multi talented or does your whole family roll that way? I don’t want to give you the big head, but I’m forced to endure A LOT of iCarly (because my older boy is crushing hard on Miranda), and I have often wondered why it isn’t called iSam. **Warning long post. Yes, I need to write the background information. (For my own sake and entertainment.) :]
Background: I was recently flipping through channels (I’m very happy when I’m channel searching.) and I saw iCarly. A show that sadly was lost because of my frantic attempts to catch up on my favorite shows. (Monk, Law & Order [with all their lovely spin offs], CSI [again, I love CSI no matter where it is] Without a Trace, Burn Notice, Project Runway [I missed a whole season unknowingly!!!] and so on.) When I saw it, I was super excited because I thought Nick had made a new show. Anyway, my friend brought up your singles, which I had heard of, and told me you were in Nashville. (I place that I love, and will never forget. I’m really pleased you’re enjoying yourself, it really is a great place.) So we moved on talking about shows being filmed earlier than they air, which I knew due to my wonderful encyclopedia and dictionary. So moving topics she told me production had finished. Knowing the show has been going for a couple years, I knew you and the cast had to moving onto other projects, but when she told me you were leaving the show permanently to pursue your music career and education, I thought I was going crazy. So I get to school, and my friends are debating about shows that aren’t producing anymore episodes. So when iCarly came up we had a couple different rumors about the shows future.
The point: Are you really leaving iCarly? Is the show not going to pick production up later this year? Are you really going to Yale or are you staying in Nashville to further you music career? (I don’t mean to be snoopy about your plans and the show, but I’d like to tell my friends before they chew off each others heads.

(I am mormon, i live in utah! someone told me youare. I think that is SO COOL!) I have some of the same interests as you too, but I am not nearly as polished or skilled!!! I’ve been singing, acting, and dancing for a long time. But theres not much to do here in Utah with that.

What a strange morning.
I had an absolutely wild dream last night. As I was shuffling around my room this morning, making the various preparations I needed to for the day, I found that I was still blown away by how strange a dream it was. So I wander around for a minute or two trying to recollect details and throw them in the right order; eventually I figure it all out except I have a problem placing a name to the face of one of the major players in the dream.
So there’s a bit more shuffling around then after a moment or two there’s a pause and laugh. At that point and time I realized that it was one of the girls from iCarly. It’s pretty curious that when my subconscious was doing the casting for my dream it opted out on friends and family for this particular spot.
But anyway, I google “girls from icarly” to make sure I was right. I get to the page and quickly rule out your colleague. That leaves you, and I’m still kind of baffled as to why. So I keep clicking and eventually I’m lead here and from here I’m lead to your youtube page where I see you doing covers with Hootie. I was pretty astonished.
I hadn’t seen a jam from Hootie in a minute and in no way shape or form imagined that when I woke up I’d see a jam from Hootie today.
Annnnnyways, parting words.
Next time you’re in Nashville you should keep an eye for Cassino. They’re Nashville locals and they’re easily one of my favourite bands.

I’m a Vancouverite and I might be able to recommend some sight seeing.
If you liked the nature in Nashville I recommend going to Stanley Park! There is alot of things to do there! (Train rides, Nature Walks, Playgrounds, Petting Zoo,) The Park is huge! (Literally right next to it is the Vancouver Aquarium!)
Science World (The big white sphere!) Two mountains that are cool to go to include: Grouse Mountain and Whistler!
I know your a figure-skated, so is my sister and I also used to take lessons. I believe there is a huge ice-rink that they are going to use for the Olympics and is now open to the public. You’d have to Google search that one, I’m not sure where it is.

Hey! I live in BC, You should visit Kelowna. it’s one of the most marvelous places ( ilive there), I’m not a HUGE van of Vancouver, very city if you ask me. But definately a road trip to kelowna would be awesome!!! Guarenteed you’ll love it. Skiing in the winter (i know this is embarrassing but i don’t ski or snowboar) dirtbiking in the fall/summer/spring, and so much more!!! I love Kelowna, it’s like living in a resort!!!

hey I know I have already commited but I was bored and I really want to tell someone anyone about these books I’ve been reading. I already told all my friends so I thaught why not tell you. OK its The Luxe series by Anna Godbersen. Right now I am on the 3rd book Envy and its amazing I would be reading it right now if I hadn’t been stupid and left it at school. Any way the book is set in 1899 to the earley 19’s its abot five diffrent people and each chapter it talks about what one of those people are going through. It is amazing I am in aw about how amazing they are. But they are a little sad in parts I cried at the end of Rumors(the second book). These books are my twilight and I think you should read them if you ever have any time.

I went to Nashville back in 1982 (yeah I’m ancient) and liked it alot. The Country Museum was pretty cool. Sitting in the audience of the Grand Ole Opry gave me a sore leg though – I think that’s when I first realized my left leg is shorter than the other.

Glad you’re excited about coming to Vancouver (I know that as I type this you’ve already been here for awhile). Some things on my to-do list would be: Skating at Robson Square (I think they just redid and it’s opening up soon for public use again). Whistler is amazing (zip-lining up there is super fun!). Mongolie Grill on Broadway and Stepho’s on Davie St are both great restaurants. Shopping on Robson and at Metrotown is also good. I don’t know how long you’re in Vancouver for but if you’re here in December the skiing/snowboarding at any of the local mountains is always a good time!

I also LOVE to sing and act, i always sing ecspecialy when i am alone and our singing voices are acually quite similar..(but yours is WAAAY better) but i like to think that i am alot like you. i think you are such an amazing role modle. i sometimes watch icarly with mu younger brother and whenever my mom sees it she always says “that blonde girl is so talented you know, she really makes the show” and i just thought i would tell you what an AMAZING actress you are, i really think you are the greatest actress of our generation. i hope to one day become a singer and actress and i honestly cant choose which profession i would like to be more! most actresses always automaticly become singers even thou they have very plane voices. they also all seem like they try to hard to be nice and sweet and on the inside think they are better than everyone else. however you arrnt like that you seem so happy and confident and kind and i just wanted you to know how absolutly incredibul i think you are.!!!!!!

Pick up some ketchup flavoured chips to give to “Spencer” (if you recall he was drinking ketchup in an episode). If you are ever in Ottawa in the depths of winter, you can skate for 5 miles on the Rideau Canal. Tell me when you plan on being in Toronto (where I am) and I’ll suggest things to do there.

Sounds like you have a great time travelling around everywhere seeing some great places, I’m coming across to America next year to Orlando to see all the theme parks and stuff. iff you’re ever in England, oyou could come down to Poole on the south coast, it’s a nice place, we’ve got some great beaches, a huge harbour for sailing, boating or jetskiing in, a lake with more boats, and (on land) a park with an ice rink and pizza resturant, big shopping centre/center and a place called tower parc which just has loads of resturants, bowling alleys, a water park and a cinema. Sorry I’m showing of a little I guess, but it is nice here. You’re not alone when you say you like Star wars, I’m also a fan, and me and my friend are making some funny Star Wars spoof puppet videos on http://www.starwarswuppets.webs.com. I also like making animations with plasticine or on my DSi and have other videos on Youtube (I’m ‘theruggiers’). Sorry, this is kind of a long ‘comment’, I guess I just like writing stuff. before i post my comment i just want to let you know that either there are some sick minded people out in this world, or you have some serious stalkers… i say this after reading some of the comments on this site
Aside from that, i thought it would amuse you that my 67 year old grandfather finds iCarly to be a great show. He laughs out loud at it and if he is surfing the tv stations and he sees iCarly on he immediately stops and watches it all the way through. Just thought you might find that amusing. I sure did hahaha
