As some of you may know I’m Jennette’s brother and I am the webmaster for her site and editor for some of her YouTube videos. It has come to our attention that there is a petition on petition spot that basically states that Jennette wants iCarly to be called iSam and is sick of Carly. Jennette wants everyone to know that she does not endorse, support, or agree with the statements made on in this petition and does not know who created it. The petition started uses the username mebejennette and has a photo of Jennette, which makes it seem as if Jennette is the one who expressed these feeling and this is simply untrue.
Bad Behavior has blocked 1418 access attempts in the last 7 days.
Gosh those people really have nothing else better to do >.<

Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy iCarly and your acting. You’re my favorite character on the show to watch since Sam basically makes every scene funny, no matter what situation the characters are in. I know to look forward to a scene when you walk in (or barge in and go running to the refrigerator haha). =)
Also, I think you’re a great actress. The first time I saw you was on a Law and Order episode, which of course was way more dramatic than iCarly and dealt with more serious issues. I have to say that being able to act in both of those types of shows and make the viewer believe you are that character, is a great talent and shows how well you can act. Some actors get stuck with a ‘villain’ role or a ‘hero’ role and can’t break out of it from the public’s eye. I think you’re much more diverse in your skills, and look forward to seeing more iCarly, and whatever may be in your future. =D

You will come across these types of people, but if someone wants to know the truth, they need to talk to the real person about it. Example: It makes no sense if you talk to your friends about a rumor about a kid who “supposedly did something”. You always need to talk the kid who the rumor is about to verify that it is true or not. I suggest, Jennette, to just ignore it or try talking to the person in a very calm way. Making the person mad may only spread more rumors about you. I believe your brother did the right thing to announce this problem and confirm that this was created by some other person. Good luck.

I’m not surprised. I’m sick of Miranda to be honest. I find her acting sub-par and just annoying. Her voice is like a pneumatic drill on my brain. Examples of terrible acting can be found at the end of the Pac-Rat episode of iCarly when Spencer beats the #1 player in the world.
I find Jennette’s acting really believable and that’s why I watch TV and movies. I want to get lost in a story and Jennette sells her part better than a lot of actors/actresses around today.
Jennette has a good voice but should strengthen her voice a bit before blasting the high notes. The vibrato in “So Close”, as good as the song is, makes her voice seem a bit weak.
tl;dr – Change it to iSam. Sam is pretty much the best character on television.
