Hello everyone,
I am very sad as I write this blog. I just found out that Paul Newman, the amazing actor and equally amazing person, has passed away. Mr. Newman was one of my mom’s favorite actors. She saw “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid” 32 times. Paul Newman not only did incredible amounts of charity work, he also gave incredible performances in every single role we viewers were fortunate enough to see him portray.
If you haven’t seen or heard of Paul Newman, you really need to go to the movie rental store and pick up some of his movies. Also, go buy some of his dressings and/or sauces from the grocery store – they’re called Newman’s Own. He donated the money that his dressings made to charity, and I’m sure this tradition will be carried on. Support the extraordinary Paul Newman, everybody.

Paul Newman was a great man. When I found out this mourning I was very upset. We always buy his food brand because it is good and it all goes to charity. He will be missed.
I’ve seen some of his movies, and love Newman’s Own Lemonade and Limeade. It’s really sad to know he’s gone.

Yeah, this was really sad to hear. He sounds like he was a great guy and humanitarian, but he was also definitely a tremendous actor, especially as Coolhand Luke and Butch Cassidy. And my mom loves him too (I think they all do). It really is too bad.
My dad and I have been reading about Newman all night. I hate it when awesome actors die. It’s a loss of great talent. We’re going to have a Newman Marathon night.

This is really devastating. Paul Newman, as you may know, was a former chain smoker. Soon he was diagnosed with lung cancer. He declared after chemotherapy that he wished to die at home. He was surrounded by his friends and family on his deathbed. On September 26, 2008, the great actor passed at age 83. Just know he is now home and will be happy for all eternity.
He was a legendary actor and such a Awesome person of what Iv’e read and seen of him… I loved ALOT of his movies.. It is very sad to see him go… the man was superior hearted for all he had done for others…

I found out he die bacause he has had a long battle with cancer and thats so sad and he was only 83.

I think I’m more sad than others because I used to go to his camp and actually met the guy. Was nice enough to let me get a picture and an autograph. Great guy, doubt there will be another like him. I encourage everyone to do what they can to follow his example and help others with what you can offer.

Paul Newman is one of the most famous actors of all time. His career in movies must span 40 years. His passing is tough but he left behind a tremendous legacy. You gotta all be like Jennette and pay homage to his greatness, in glory.

I saw Butch Cassity and the sundance kid only one time but it was amazing.
